Store had fantastic selection 👌 my only concern was that I was rung through. And asked the question of my free scrub and was told I'd have to come back on a separate purchase to receive my buy 6, 8 or 10 whatever it is to get a free item. I did that and of course can't find the stamp card 😒 and have to start all over again with no free item . 😑

Staff was fine, albeit a bit distracted. I'm aware we came in after the holiday rush, but the store was in dire need of a good cleaning. Dust bunnys in the change rooms, litter all around.

The store was neat and tidy. Sale signs clear and the displays were well stocked. I did have a hard time getting someone to assist with questions I had. There were available staff on the floor, not with other customers.

I enjoy their sales for my size but they never have my husbands size in pants(42x36) or any footwear(sz14).

I know majority of stores are not handing out plastic bag, at least offer something else with a small fee to a customer who just spent $400 in your store expecting them to walk out holding all these clothes in their hand. Come on upper management be thoughtful. That may be last time I'll shop in your stores. UPDATE 11-20-2023 well they started offering bags at fee and the discounts for Black Friday is super cool, good job!
